Team Pachedu V11 data does not "vindicate" ZEC nor confer legitimacy on vote rigging Mnangagwa. W Mukori

Nelson Chamisa and company were hell bent on participating in the flawed and illegal elections to give Zanu PF legitimacy for the sake of a few gravy train seats reward. The folly of participating in flawed elections to give Zanu PF legitimacy out of greed is a well known and established historic fact. MDC/CCC leaders like Tendai Biti and David Coltart have acknowledged this.

“Look, you can't keep on participating in flawed electoral processes that serve to give big benefits to dictators such as Robert Mugabe. Mugabe has perfected the art of winning elections.

“So it will be very foolish for the opposition to continue legitimising these sham elections which don't deliver. This country will go through a serious economic crisis in 2020 caused by Zanu PF. And yet, this is the only country where a government doesn't perform, it is encouraged by a super majority in parliament,” said Tendai Biti in an interview with Isaac Mugabi far back in 2015.

“So you can't continue subjecting Zimbabweans to processes where their hopes just get crushed.”

Biti was trying to talk his fellow opposition friends to stop participating in flawed elections but when he realised they were not listening he too joined in the scramble for the gravy train seats. David Coltart was more explicit as to why opposition leaders “continued to subject Zimbabweans to processes where their hopes just get crushed”. Greed!

“The (2013) electoral process was so flawed, so illegal, that the only logical step was to withdraw, which would compel SADC to hold Zanu PF to account. But such was the distrust between the MDC-T and MDC-N that neither could withdraw for fear that the other would remain in the elections, winning seats and giving the process credibility,” confessed David Coltart in his Book, The Struggle Continues 50 years of Tyranny in Zimbabwe.

Freeman Chari and his Team Pachedu friends had done an excellent job to show that Zimbabwe’s voters roll was in shambles providing Zanu PF many golden opportunities to rig the elections. The Electoral Law stipulated that ZEC must produce a verified voters roll at least one calendar month before nomination day. The 2023 elections went ahead with no verified voters’ roll. None!

Nelson Chamisa lied to the people of Zimbabwe that he had “plugged all the vote rigging loop holes. #Godisinit!” to con people to participate in the flawed and illegal elections. It was damn lie! There was no way Chamisa or anyone could plug all the opportunities to rig the elections presented by the failure to produce a verified voters’ roll alone.

"We reject this sham result and flawed process based on the disputed figures,” declared Nelson Chamisa when ZEC announced that Mnangagwa had won the 2023 presidential race.

“We have our V11s. I have asked our teams to bring those V11s. I'm not so sure if they are here so that you can see them. We have brought V11s from across the whole country. And those V11s are going to be the basis of our assertion. We have won this election.”

This was nothing new, the whole world has heard Chamisa repeated this lie “We have won! And have the V11 forms, to prove it!” Only for him to fail to produce the evidence.

It is honourable that Freeman Chari and his Team Pachedu friends have decide to come out in the open and announce that on the basis of the V11 they were able to collect, Emmerson Mnangagwa won the 2023 presidential rat race.

"The data from Freeman Chari, while coming out inexplicably late and incomplete, is neither surprising nor new," Professor Jonathan Moyo stated on social media.

"Tellingly, it vindicates ZEC and explains why Nelson Chamisa did not make public the V11s he claimed he had, which allegedly proved he won the 2023 presidential election.”

This is just nonsense! All the election observers worth a spit including the AU and SADC condemned Zimbabwe’s whole electoral process as contrast to those focusing on the handling the V11 forms alone.

“Conclusion 13.3

The SEOM (SADC Election Observer Mission) noted that, as detailed in sections 6 and 7 of this report, some aspects of the Harmonised Elections fell short of the requirements of the Constitution of Zimbabwe, the Electoral Act, and the SADC Principles and Guidelines Governing Democratic Elections (2021),” stated the SEOM report.

ZEC failed to produce verified voters’ roll, failed to get ballot papers to many urban Polling Stations timeously (opposition strongholds) but hard no such problems in rural areas (Zanu PF strongholds), etc., etc. Nothing will vindicate ZEC for all these treasonous betrayals.

The 2023 election process was flawed and illegal, as SEOM report made abundantly clear and so Emmerson Mnangagwa is, per se illegitimate.

Team Pachedu’s belated report does not confer legitimacy on Mnangagwa but rather confirms the folly of participating in flawed and illegal elections to give vote rigging Zanu PF some modicum of legitimacy. Chari and company should have warned the nation of the sheer folly of participating in flawed and illegal elections and stuck to their guns! One only hopes that this was a lesson learned.

Team Pachedu's belated V11 data does not "vindicate" ZEC as Professor Jonathan Moyo would have us believe. Elections are judged on the conduct of the whole electoral process and not just one or two selected activities.

If anything Team Pachedu's data confirm the folly of participating in the flawed and illegal elections on the basis of Chamisa's idiotic claim that he had plugged all vote rigging loop holes. Team Pachedu should not only have stated that the voters' roll was in a shambolic condition but, more significantly, underlined the sheer futility of participating in the flawed election.

“Iwe go and talk to Chamisa. There is no chamisa here. Wakuti nyaudza nebope rako naChamisa.”

Chamisa’s failure to implement any democratic reforms and allow Zanu PF to stay in power has affected us all. Only an idiot would see this as a personal matter and not a national.

You do not want Chamisa held to account for seedling out because you consider him a demigod who is untouchable. How any one can consider a mere mortal a demigod beggars belief.

Democracy demands that we hold leaders to account and here we are with some nincompoops who still consider leaders to be demigods. No wonder Zimbabwe is a failed state, we have some shockingly brain dead citizens.

“Wakaona Chamisa achitonga kupi??? Usangovenga munhu iwe Mukori.”

So you think only those with power and authority of state president have dictatorial traits?

You are accusing me of hating Chamisa for no other reason than that you want to stifle debate and cannot bear to see Chamisa held to account. You clearly have narcissistic and authoritarian tendencies.

I have told you before that Chamisa is a public official and, per se, is accountable to the people. That is not negotiable. You can fume and froth all you want, he is accountable!

SADC did not deny Zanu PF political legitimacy in spite of the damning SADC Election Observer Mission report and the regional body stating that there will be “consequences” for breaking the rule. There are two reasons why Zanu PF was left off the hook:

SADC is not a homogeneous body that one could expect to religiously enforce the rules. SADC is like a midwife, they can help delivery democracy but the baby must be there and reached full term.

SADC did deny Zanu PF political legitimacy following the 2008 elections marred by blatant cheating and wanton violence and forced Zanu PF to sign the 2008 Global Political Agreement and giving birth to the GNU. That was Zimbabwe’s golden opportunity to implement the democratic reforms and dismantle the Zanu PF dictatorship. We failed to get even one token reform implemented and thus wasted the opportunity. We have never admitted our failure; indeed, we have even blamed SADC for the wasted opportunity; proof we are not ready for a healthy and functioning democracy.

So you do not mind Mnangagwa being called a dictator and held to democratic account. You start to fume and froth from every orifice on your body each time anyone mention Chamisa except in reverence and praise because you consider him to be an untouchable demigod.

The truth is Chamisa is not only a mere mortal but a corrupt, incompetent and utterly useless one to boot. And, since he is a public official, is, per se accountable for his many commissions and omissions. You can fume and froth all you want Chamisa is accountable and that is not negotiable!

As much as we can and must blame the Zanu PF and CCC leaders for why Zimbabwe is a failed state we must, nonetheless blame ourselves too especially the intelligentsia for. We, the people, have failed to hold leaders to account, even after 44 years of rigged elections including 24 years of failing to implement even one token reform, because we have placed them on pedestals making the demigod.

"We must pray for leaders because it is not easy to be a leaders!" How naive and idiotic!

Chamisa claimed that he had won the 2023 elections and had V11 forms to prove it. Many people believed that Team Pachedu were working for Chamisa and they had the V11 forms. Team Pachedu has finally produced their report and - they had 84% of the V11 and the result showed Mnangagwa won by 52%, as ZEC announced.

So Chamisa was lying once again that he had V11 when I did not.

However Team Pachedu's report does not vindicate ZEC because the electoral process was flawed; there was no verified voters' roll, etc. The report confirms the sheer flawed of believing Chamisa's idiotic lie that he plugged all the vote rigging loop hols!

2023 elections were "stolen as far back as 2021" explained Freeman Chari of Team Pachedu. Mnangagwa had as many as 999 votes and Chamisa 0 in some of the 1 000 Polling Stations were ZEC failed to provide voters rolls. Most Polling Stations with voters' roll had 500 or so registered voters in total and none had 100% voter turnout. So these special Polling Stations had twice the number of voters and 100% voter turn out!

So why was Chamisa and CCC hell bent on participating in 2023 elections which they had snowball in hell chance of winning. WHY????? If this is not proof of CCC was Zanu PF team B in all but name then what is!!!!!!!

You love your country by not only failing to hold those responsible for the rot to account? The people of Zimbabwe have risked life and limb to elected MDC/CCC leaders into power. What have you done to force them to implement reforms?

Indeed, instead of making sure MDC/CCC leaders implement the reforms you are after me because I have dared to hold them to account. Such is the sheer stupidity one has to deal with! No wonder Zimbabwe is a failed state and, at this rate, has no chance of ever digging itself out of the hell hole we are in. None!

Zanupf ruled for 43yrs plus yrs yet Zim is collapsing at an alarming rate. Zanupf has failed Zimbabweans!!!

@Wilbert Mukori we as Zimbabweans need a vibrant opposition leader who can deliver so the question is ; can you yourself replace Chamisa and lead better than him?”

This is like having a talk with a child, the sheer foolishness of the arguments is nauseating. OK Chamisa was leader from 2018 to 2023; he must account for lying to the people that MDC A has stringent measures to stop Zanu PF rigging the 2018 elections, to con them to participate in flawed elections to give Zanu PF legitimacy. He reaped a similar lie last year!

You just cannot accept that Chamisa is not only a mere mortal but a corrupt and incompetent one. You are coming up with all manner of excuses why he must not be held to account.

How any one can consider Chamisa or anyone a demigod speaks volumes of the intellectual ability of the individual. In Zimbabwe we have millions who consider Chamisa an infallible and untouchable demigod and the morons have a vote!

Zanu PF thugs are preoccupied with retaining political power at all cost and hence the reason why they are in campaign mode 24/7 even a few weeks after the elections! In Zanu PF’s Bvukururu Land, as you call it, the glory of Caesar is all that matters; the good of Rome has never ever been considered important.

All this wholesale looting of the nation’s resource is all to secure absolute power and the glory of “Number One!” and those propping him up.

No wonder the country is a failed state, no nation can afford all this criminal waste of the nation’s human and material resources. We really must redouble our efforts to implement the democratic reforms to ensure free and fair elections - the only sure way to end this madness!

It is not unpatriotic to admit there is wholesale looting of the nation's resources nor is it unpatriotic to say MDC/CCC leaders have sold out by failing to implement reforms. It has become the norm for the leaders to hide their treasonous betrayal of the people under the cloak of patriotism. It is foolish to fall for it!

Zanu PF has managed to get away with the tyrannical oppression because MDC/CCC leaders sold out. We, the people of Zimbabwe in the country and outside are now fighting to have competent opposition. Watch and learn!

Chamisa has not only failed to provide any solutions but he sold out by failing to implement even one token reform in 24 years including 5 in the GNU. He has lied again and again to con people into participating in flawed elections to give Zanu PF legitimacy out of greed. And yet the Chamisa Chete Chete brigade have continued to follow him and praising his name to the mountain top!

All I have ever done is point out their folly in following Chamisa blindly like sheep to the slaughter and I have become public enemy number one. “What reforms have you implemented? What is you solutions?” the morons have demanded. They are not interested in the answers, not that they would understand any of them even when solutions have indeed been proffered, this is just any excuse to silence all criticism of their demigod Chamisa.

The danger of Chamisa con his braindead followers to participate in flawed 2028 elections to give Zanu PF legitimacy is hanging over the nation like the sword of Damocles! One cannot reason with these morons, their brains have ossified into fat and that is impermeable to reason or logic.

Let us be very clear, the idea of government in exile has arisen precisely because we have have failed to hold free, fair and credible elections these last 44 years. Zanu PF blatantly rigged 2023 elections, all respectable election observers including SADC and AU have condemned the election process as flawed and illegal. Like it or not this Zanu PF regime is illegitimate.

If proposing a government in exile is treason then what will be crime of those who rigged the elections landing us into this hell hole in the first place? High treason will not even start to scratch the surface!

Zimbabweans were wrong and naive to have trusted that Emmerson Mnangagwa could be a democrat post 2017 military coup other than the ruthless thug we had known him to be. The tragedy is we have learned nothing from that foolish blunder; we are still stuck with the dictatorship today because we still focusing on the removal of the dictator instead of the bigger picture - dismantling the dictatorship.

We should be focused on implementing the democratic reforms and not be distracted by Chamisa's idiotic lies of winning rigged elections to remove Mnangagwa, at best, without ending the dictatorship.

Zanu PF has failed to revive the Zimbabwe economy, the only sure way to guarantee prosperity and stability of the local currency. The regime has been scarred stiff of ZiG losing its value against US$ they have starved the economy of the ZiG.

It is now nearly six months since the launch of the ZiG notes and yet many ordinary Zimbabweans are yet to see the ZiG notes much less have some in their pockets. The scarce ZiG has stifled economic activities especially in the informal sector.

The ZiG was trading at ZiG 13.75 : US$1.00 in April and today it trading at ZiG 20.00 : US$ 1.00. It has retained its value very well indeed compared to other local currency or be it done at the cost of killing the economy!

What is annoying here is that the regime is refusing to accept that its economic policies have failed and is instead fishing for scapegoats to blame for the failures. How typical!

Zimbabwe is a failed state because we are a pariah state ruled by corrupt, incompetent and murderous thugs who have retained political power only because they rigged elections. Zanu PF has rigged elections for 44 years or be it the last 24 years was with the connivance of the corrupt, incompetent and utterly useless MDC/CCC. As long as Zimbabwe remains a pariah state the country will remain a failed state.

As much as I can related to the anger and hopelessness of millions of Zimbabweans born out of the very fact that Zimbabwe is a failed state; I do not subscribe to the notion that street protest, another military coup much less another armed struggle is the solution.

The 2008 to 2013 GNU did offer the golden chance to end the Zanu PF dictatorship, those who have failed to see this even now with the benefit of hindsight cannot comprehend the more subtle and centrifugal opportunity stopping the insanity of participating in flawed elections present.

The very fact that millions participated in 2023 elections on the basis of an idiotic Chamisa promise of plugging vote rigging loop holes speaks volumes of the ignorance and naivety of the voters. Worst of all, Chamisa is set to repeat this in flawed 2028 elections!
