Mnangagwa "to re-activate freedoms promised" - shame, will never understand these are inalienable P Guramatunhu

Mnangagwa is a creature of habit – his habit is to make promises which he clearly has no intention of honouring. Empty promises! “Charovedzera charovedzera, gudo rakakwira mawere kwasviba!” as one would say in Shona.

“President Mnangagwa has further relaxed the coronavirus-induced national lockdown as he sought to re-activate what he termed 'freedoms promised' at the outset of the ‘new dispensation.'” Reported Bulawayo24, quoting FinX.

“In an address, which contained reminders of perhaps the difficult task, which his presidency met when he took over from Robert Mugabe, Mnangagwa said the country must once again refocus, recalibrate and revamp. "Let us recall that Zimbabwe was in the midst of deep and broad reforms. We were reforming distortions, which have bedeviled our economy for decades, we were reforming the old, creating the new and building stronger foundations for a prosperous Zimbabwe."

“President Mnangagwa, who is currently facing sharp criticism over his failure to deal with the economic challenges and his failure to rein in corruption, said the progress had been registered on the economic and political landscape as well as media space by removing antiquated laws and opening up new channels for dialogue and debate. "Unfortunately as Zimbabwe was opening up both internally and externally, we were forced to closed"

“The President said the country will open under certain conditions and that the creation of jobs will return to the top of the Government's agenda. He promised to work twice as hard, "work with promise and promise to improve lives and give children a better future.””

The real tragedy here is that the nation is stuck with a regime it cannot remove from office because the party, Zanu PF, has carte blanche powers to rig the elections.

The number one real change the nation has been dying for these last 40 years is the raft of democratic changes to restore the people’s freedoms and rights including the right to a meaningful say in the governance of the country. In his “new dispensation”, Mnangagwa has made a big song and dance about the freedoms and rights he would restored but never did.

Corrupt and murderous tyrants like Mnangagwa will never ever understand the concept that these freedoms and rights are birth-rights and inalienable. They are therefore not his or anyone else to give to some and deny to others as their dictatorial whim sees fit.

In Zimbabwe, the people’s fight for freedoms and human rights has suffered a real setback with the election of Morgan Tsvangirai and his MDC friends into power. The people have risked life and limb to elect MDC leaders into office on the understanding, once in power, they would bring about the democratic changes necessary to restore the people’s freedoms and human rights.

Sadly, once they got into power the MDC leaders, just like Zanu PF leaders before them, betrayed the people.

Morgan Tsvangirai et al had their best chances ever to implement the democratic reforms and end the Zanu PF dictatorship during the 2008 to 2013 GNU. Mugabe bribed them with the trappings of high office and, to show their appreciation to the dictator, they throw all reforms out of the window.

And ever since the GNU, Zanu PF has learnt that it does not have to give up its dictatorial powers, the party can continue to deny the people their freedoms and rights including rigging elections and yet fudge legitimacy by making sure MDC participates in the elections. Zanu PF bribed MDC to participate by offering a few gravy-train seats as bait.

Ever since Zimbabwe’s independence in 1980 till the watershed 2008 elections it was easy to condemn Zimbabwe elections because there was all the evidence of the blatant cheating and wanton violence. The GNU change things in that in those five years the opposition was given the opportunity to implement the reforms designed to stop Zanu PF rigging the elections.

So, post 2008 GNU it was not enough for the opposition to claim the elections were rigged they had to explain why they had failed to implement the reforms to stop Zanu PF rigging the elections. They could not do so, not without admitting they had sold-out. And Zanu PF has exploited this weakness, naturally; the party has rigged elections and used the MDC’s continued participation as a smoke-screen for legitimacy.

So ever since the GNU fiasco, MDC has pretended to pursue the  democratic change agenda to impress the naïve and gullible populous when in reality the party had settled for the few gravy-train seats Zanu PF was giving away as bait..

“MDC has stringent measures to stop Zanu PF rigging the elections!” boasted Chamisa before the 2018 elections. Of course, MDC had no such measure!

Indeed, MDC did not even have the common sense to demand that ZEC produce a verified voters’ roll, itself a legal requirement too!

Understanding the subtlety of how MDC’s continued participation in flawed and illegal elections is, nonetheless, giving some modicum of credibility to the process thus legitimacy the ensuing government is vital in unlocking the now, seeming intractable political impasse. Understand that, and the notion of that MDC leaders are hunting with the Zanu PF hounds whilst, outwardly, they continue running with the povo hare; makes perfect sense.

But more significantly, it makes perfect sense to even povo themselves why they must now disown the corrupt, incompetent and sell-out MDC leaders if the nation is to finally break the vicious cycle of legitimising rigged elections by participating.

A discredited MDC cannot give legitimacy to the vote rigging Zanu PF regime. And starved of legitimacy Zanu PF will be forced to step down to allow the implementation of the reforms and restoration of the people’s freedoms and rights. At long last!

"SA will never use its soldiers to enforce democracy in Zimbabwe" - after 2008 GNU fiasco, it makes perfect sense W Mukori

South Africa’s International Relations minister Naledi Pandor said SA would support all efforts to bring an end to Zimbabwe’s worsening economic and political crisis short of a military invasion.

“Non-interference means we wouldn’t use our soldiers, our army to invade Zimbabwe to enforce a platform of democratic practice that we have in South Africa,” said Minister Pandor.

“We would be greatly assisted in playing a positive role if we knew there was a shared notion in Zimbabwe of what must be done, and this is an extremely important point for us,” she explained.

“So, I think that we need to be provided with a path that indicates that as we … provide support, all the parties, all the groupings, all the stakeholders in Zimbabwe are at one, so that … support can be brought in.”

I totally agree with her!

In 2008; following the blatant cheating and wanton violence in the March 2008 elections and June presidential run-off respectively; SADC leaders helped to hammer out the Global Political Agreement (GPA). In the agreement, Zimbabwe was to implement of a raft of democratic reforms designed to stop the cheating and wanton violence.

The task of implementing the reforms were left to Morgan Tsvangirai and his MDC friends. They failed to get even one reform implemented in five years. Not one!

The people of Zimbabwe, ourselves, never lifted a finger to force the MDC leaders to implement the reforms; proof we did not have a clue what the GPA, the reforms, etc. were all about. Even today, with the benefit of hindsight, many people still have no clue what the democratic reforms are much less how they are going to be implemented.

Indeed, some Zimbabweans, notably church leaders and the MDC opposition party leaders, have been calling for the formation of a National Transition Authority (NTA); a watered-down version of the 2008 to 2013 GNU in which Zanu PF and MDC leaders are once again the principal players.

It is little wonder that not one SADC leader much less the savvy international community players have given the NTA a second thought. If the 2008 GNU failed to get even one reform implemented what hope is there of the NTA doing any better!

And so, it makes perfect sense for SADC or anyone else out there to let Zimbabweans sweat it out and come up with the raft of democratic reforms needed to end the Zanu PF dictatorship. After figuring out the needed reforms ourselves; we can be certain that this time, the reforms will be implemented without failure.

314 covid-19 cases up 251 in two weeks of which 12 are local and the rest returnees - are quarantine virus hotspots N Garikai

"We have registered 27 confirmed cases in one day and all are returnees from South Africa. They have now been isolated,” announced Nick Mangwana, Information Ministry permanent secretary, on twitter.
The total number of confirmed cases has now surged to 314 up from 63 on 26th May, that is 251 cases in 14 days. Other than the 12 or so reported as “local” the remaining 239 are all “returnees”, who are all in quarantine centres.
There are two important issues that the Ministry of Health must now answer;
a)    Are Zimbabwe’s quarantine centres covid-19 hotspots?
It is no secret that returnees are accommodated in unhygienic conditions where 10 or more have to share the toilet, washing facilities, etc. So of the centre do not even have something as basic as clean running water.
Returnees are required to stay at the quarantine centres for 21 days and many have often been forced to stay longer because they were waiting to be tested or for the test results to come out. The quarantine period becomes meaningless if people arrive at the centre at different times mix freely.
A number of returnees have escaped from quarantine centres putting the nation at great risk. Whilst the cabinet decision to withhold the ID and/or travel documents of the returnees when they arrive and only give these back at the end of the quarantine stay is unacceptable especially when government is the one at fault in failing to provide safe quarantine centres.
b)    How many covid-19 tests have been carried out on suspected local cases?
The number of “local” confirmed cases and deaths is low but we can only be certain this is indeed the case in reality if we test, track and trace aggressively in the local community. It is no secret that we have not been testing all patients and deaths at our clinics and hospitals who have covid-19 like symptoms.
Staying home is the best one can do to ensure they do not catch the corona virus but many people will be forced to venture out to get food, medicine, go to school, to work, etc. It is government’s duty to test, track and trace the spread of the virus in the community and make sure everyone is aware of the risk they will be taking each time the venture out of their door. No one should die of ignorance. No one!

Biti says "WB assistance must not enrich and entrench Zanu PF" - add MDC, given its duplicity P Guramatunhu

Tendai Biti has reported written to the World Bank asking them to make sure any financial assistance they give to Zimbabwe benefit the people and not the ruling elite.

"Even in these unprecedented times, any support from the World Bank Group must contribute towards our shared goal of better health and economic opportunity for the people of Zimbabwe. Any assistance must not be allowed to further enrich or entrench the very people who have destroyed our economy and democracy," wrote Biti, according to The Herald.

"We have painfully learned, time and again, that the Government will abuse public resources for their own goals rather than for the benefit of Zimbabweans.

"The only way that we can advance our shared goals to respond to the current crisis is to include robust measures for transparency and accountability in any assistance package.”

No man or woman would deny the criminal waste of the nation’s resources by the ruling elite to feed their insatiable hunger for power and wealth.

Indeed, the WB itself knows only too well how gross mismanagement and rampant corruption have all but totally destroyed Zimbabwe’s once upon a time booming economy. The WB has given Zimbabwe US$7 million in financial assistance to help the country fight the corona virus pandemic. This is but a fraction of what other nation have received precisely because donors are fearful the money will looted!

One American senator has written to the WB demanding that any bank assistance to Zimbabwe must “impose very strict benchmarks and transparency and accountability processes”!

What is worth noting here is Tendai Biti’s duplicity. If he was really interested in the common goal of saving the ordinary people of Zimbabwe, the economy and democracy then why has he not implemented even one democratic reform in all the 20 years he and his MDC friends have been on the political stage?

During the 2008 to 2013 GNU, MDC had the majority in parliament and in the cabinet in which he was the Minister of Finance. He was aware of the rampant corruption and complained “of a parallel government”; the Joint Operation Command, a junta comprising of the top brass in the security services headed by Mugabe and Mnangagwa; “complete with it own source of funding”. Other than complain about it on this one occasion, he did nothing to stamp out corruption.

Worst of all, MDC failed to implement even one democratic reform in five years of the GNU and yet that was the primary task of the GNU!

If Tendai Biti and his MDC friends cared about good governance then they should have not participated in the 2013 much less 2018 elections when it was clear, with no reforms in place, Zanu PF was going to blatantly rig the process. They participated out of greed; they knew Zanu PF would give away a few seats to entice the opposition and these were what they were after.

Tendai Biti and company have sold-out the common cause of free, fair and credible elections for a few gravy-train seats!

Ever since the rigged 2018 elections Tendai Biti and Nelson Chamisa have piled the pressure on (no doubt the letter to WB is part of it) Mnangagwa to share power. They are asking for the formation of National Transition Authority, a 2008 GNU in all but name, in which MDC leaders will be allocated cabinet positions. Biti has been itching to get his 2008 Minister of Finance post back.

“Any assistance must not be allowed to further enrich or entrench the very people who have destroyed our economy and democracy!” Very true! But it is not just Zanu PF thugs who have destroyed Zimbabwe’s economy and democracy and are holding the nation to ransom; MDC sell-outs like Tendai Biti are in it too!

"I can't breathe!", get white knee off black's necks - Zanu PF knee has crash 30 k lives and counting W Mukori

The death of George Floyd is a significant milestone in the black Americans’ long struggle of justice and equality. It was a seminal moment that has forced the many Americans, mostly the privileged whites,  who have turned a blind eye to the institutionalised discrimination, oppression and racism; to take a long and hard look of the real America in its ugliness.

America’s founding father accepted the premise that “all men are created equal” and yet accepted the reality of slavery, the very antithesis of equality, amongst their midst. It was to take another 100 years before Abraham Lincoln abolished slavery with the passing of the 13th Amendment to the American constitution in January 1865.

The 13th Amendment abolished slavery and guaranteed the blacks “equality before the law” but that did not stop the passing of the Jim Crow Laws, laws and practices that enforced racial segregation and discrimination, for the purpose of deny blacks their political and economic rights and gave the perpetrated impunity. It is no exaggeration to say George Floyd was a victim of the Jim Crow Laws.

Four white Minneapolis, United States Police Officers, wrestled George Floyd, whose hands they had handcuffed behind his back, to the ground. One Officer planted his knee on George’s neck whilst the other two held George down and the fourth Officer kept concerned members of public away.

The white Officers had his knee on George’s neck for an agonising 8 minutes 46 seconds! The last thing George said was “I can’t breathe!” before the knee sealed shut out his windpipe! No one, absolutely no one should ever have to be so ill-treated and killed. No one! And yet there are countless such tragic stories of black Americans, victims of the Jim Crow laws and practices.

"That's a long time (8 minutes 46 seconds)," Reverend Al Sharpton, a Black human rights activist, eulogised Floyd on Thursday in Minneapolis.

"There's no excuse. They had enough time; they had enough time!

"George Floyd's story has been the story of Black folks. Because ever since 401 years ago, the reason we could never be who we wanted and dreamed to be is you (whites supremacist system) kept your knee on our neck. It's time for us to stand up in George's name and say, 'Get your knee off our necks!'"

The story of oppression and exploitation of one race by another, one tribe by another, one nation by another and even one brother by another is as old as history and as common as weed. It is therefore not surprising that there have been many public sympathy and anger at the ugly injustice George Floyd suffered not only in the USA but in many other countries across the globe.

There have been many public demonstrations in UK, Canada, Europe, Australia and many democratic countries in support of the demonstrations in USA but, more significantly, to remind the local powers-that-be of the respective nation’s own unfinished Jim Crow laws and practices.

The response to the George Floyd story and the angry USA public outcry of Zimbabwe, China and many other countries whose human rights record is a hell-lot worse than that of the USA was to claim for themselves moral high ground.

“The truth is the West does not really care about human rights, especially the human rights of African-Americans and Africans; it just cares about preaching about human rights and striding the world stage with hypocritical pride and a pompous air. For, if it really did care, at all, America would not be witnessing nationwide protests today and its fellow "first world" nations would not be so silent about it,” Tafi Mhaka in Al Jazeera.

“Minority and migrant communities face more socioeconomic precarity, inadequate healthcare, shorter life spans, and higher incarceration rates than white Americans. Yet the response of the US government to these systemic problems has been to increase policing, not to try to resolve them.

“Large numbers of minority voters, particularly African-Americans and Latinos, have also struggled to participate in national elections and have their voice heard on the political scene. Voter suppression in these communities is rife and certain political forces have continued block efforts to enfranchise these voters.”

Tafi, short for Tafiranyika, Shona for “We are dying for the country”, Mhaka is a Johannesburg-based social and political commentator, “who takes a keen interest in African affairs, with special focus on Zimbabwe and Southern Africa”, we are told. Tafi has a BA Honours degree from the University of Cape Town. Sadly, just another case of someone with Honours degree but devoid of common sense!

If Tafi had any common sense then he would not be comparing the economic hardships black Americans are facing to those the overwhelming majority of Zimbabweans are facing! Talk of inadequate healthcare in America when healthcare in Zimbabwe has all but totally collapsed.

Yes, some blacks and minorities have been denied a meaningful vote but that is nothing compared to the blatant vote rigging and use of violence the Zimbabwean voters have been subjected to.

If the black Americans were to be forced to live under the same economic and political conditions existing in Zimbabwe today of course Reverend Al Sharpton, his fellow Black American human rights activists would not see that as regression. And rightly so too!

“Yet the American megaphone diplomacy in Africa has always insisted on free and fair elections and brandished the American system as a model to follow,” continued the brain-dead Tafi.

Zimbabwe, like so many other African countries has failed to hold free, fair and credible elections and this is the root cause of Zimbabwe’s economic meltdown and political paralysis. And, per se, holding free, fair and credible elections is the cure for all our economic and political problems. Only someone who is brain-dead would reject the cure just because America and the west have themselves failed to live up to the full ideals and potential of democracy!

Even if George Floyd does result in very significant democratic changes in America, Africa’s despots and their apologists will continue to take his barbaric death as definitive proof democracy has failed and American must never again preach good governance to them.

Before independence, we in Africa had to fight to end white colonial exploitation and oppression. Since independence, we have been fighting to end black on black oppression by corrupt and incompetent ruling elite and their dim-witted black apologists and acolytes.

The tyrants are condemning the barbaric murder of George Floyd, but they are only paying lip service. Inwardly they are pleased, they have a case to hide their own barbarism. To establish and retain this de facto one-party dictatorship, Zanu PF has murdered over 30 000 innocent Zimbabweans for political gain.

Oppression, in whatever nature and form, is a pernicious afront to human dignity and humanity itself.

Still, when it is oppression is by brother, black on black – so far blacks are the only ones who have done this with sickening regularity in modern human history – such behaviour leaves one cold. Worse still, that anyone much less a fellow black would be cheering and applauding the corrupt and oppressive tyrants!

'Get your knee off our necks!’ Reverend Al Sharpton, here in Africa, it is the black tyrants who are crashing the hopes, dreams and very lives out of millions of fellow blacks!

"MDC is blowing hot and cold" admit Mashakada, penny has dropped - actually, MDC is finished N Garikai

The MDC penny has finally dropped!
“We can say our courts are captured but what we witnessed with respect to the High Court case argued by Prof Madhuku and Adv Biti were technical legal arguments based on the law and fact. By refusing to accept court decisions MDC Alliance is playing into the hands of the State and the Judiciary. Our response is been very predictable: – boycott Parliament without boycotting captured courts. This is a big contradiction. We are blowing hot and cold,” admitted Dr Tapiwa Mashakada: MDC Alliance Secretary for Policy and Research.
The whole furore was just a nonsense! Chamisa used village bully tactics to seize power following Morgan Tsvangirai’s death, that was a historic fact and it was foolish to pretend otherwise. It was therefore a real surprise that so many MDC leaders and supporters had all lined up denying the fact and defending the indefensible.
“After the SC judgement, the 29th May High Court judgement was already predictable. On Friday the 29th May the High Court ruled that the MDC Alliance was not a legal persona. In relation to the gvt grant case the State has appealed against the provisional order. It seems to me the die is already cast. Court verdicts against MDC A are now like delayed matches and by now we should know better,” continued Mashakada.
“I appeal for Solomonic wisdom so that we don’t say let us divide and cut the child(MPs) into two halves.”
Sadly, that is exactly what is happening here! Consider the elected MDC leaders as one half of the baby and the MDC supporters as the other half. Dr Thokozani Khupe is getting one half and Chamisa the other!
All the MDC Alliance MPs, Senators and Councillors whose origin is MDC-T must now swear their allegiance to Dr Khupe and her supporters or they will be recalled as has already happened to the likes of Charlton Hwende, diehard Chamisa supporters. The July 2018 elections showed how little popular support Madam Khupe commanded and it is clear many people still feel the same now. So, Madam Khupe has the elected officials but does not command the popular support.
But worst of all, Madam Khupe has lost political credibility with the Zimbabwe public and the international community.
By failing to implement even one meaningful democratic reform during the 2008 to 2013 GNU all the MDC leaders involved lost political credibility. There is no deny they had failed to implement even one reform because they were and still are breathtakingly corrupt, incompetent and sell-out – that is an irrefutable historic fact.
No one was really surprised to see all the MDC factions participating in the July 2013 and then July 2018 elections although it was clear, with no reforms in place, Zanu PF would rig the elections. They were doing it out of greed, the same greed that had stopped them implementing even one reform during the 2008 GNU.
All the election observers dismissed the whole July 2018 election as a farce. “The electoral commission lacked full independence and appeared to not always act in an impartial manner. The final results as announced by the Electoral Commission contained numerous errors and lacked adequate traceability, transparency and verifiability,” said the EU Observer Mission Final Report.
“As such, many aspects of the 2018 elections in Zimbabwe failed to meet international standards.”
Madam Khupe and most of the other parties that participated in the July 2018 elections endorse the process as free, fair and credible and Mnangagwa welcomed them as they joined Political Actors Dialogue (POLAD). POLAD is a body formed by Mnangagwa to allow his political opponents to air their views to him and not in public. In short POLAD is just a political talk-shop designed to gag all Zanu PF opponents and critics!
By accepting a seat on POLAD, Madam Khupe lost all political credibility.
Whilst Chamisa accepted the parliamentary and local government electoral process as free, fair and credible, he refused to accept the presidential process. He offered to endorse Mnangagwa’s legitimacy if the Zanu PF dictator agreed to a power sharing arrangement in which Chamisa and a few of his MDC leaders will be given cabinet positions.
Now that Chamisa has all but lost all his MPs, Senators and Councillors, he is just a toothless dog. Worse still, the Court ruling has forced many MDC supporters to accept Chamisa was just another Zanu PF thug in all but name!
Now that Dr Khupe has inherited all the MPs, Senators and Councillors there is talk of Mnangagwa going into a power sharing arrangement with her. She is also going to get the $7 million from the Political Party Finance (Act) that Chamisa was hoping to get.
Still, all the political muscle of MPs and Senators and a fat bank account will do nothing to change the fact that Dr Thokozani Khupe has lost political credibility. There is talk of Mnangagwa upgrading the POLAD to form a new GNU with her. Their political union will be comparable to that of Ian Smith and Abel Muzorewa’s 1979 Zimbabwe-Rhodesia; a complete waste of time!
There is talk of Chamisa formerly launching MDC Alliance as a party. The party will have no money and there is no guarantee the MDC herd will follow blindly this time round.
Dr Khupe and Advocate Chamisa have shown the world that all they really cared about was power, their actions have stripped bare whatever little political credibility the MDC brand name had left after the 2008 to 2013 GNU debacle. MDC is finished, a historic fact. It will take some time for that penny to drop but drop it will!

"Am not at liberty to disclose covid-19 cases" - yet, per se, to condemn 100s X 1000s to covid-19 death W Mukori

"We do have new (covid-19) cases at the hospital and the figures have changed but am not at liberty to disclose anything at the moment,” said Mpilo Central Hospital Clinical Director and Acting CEO Dr Solwayo Ngwenya.

“All I can say is that the behavour of people in the city is worrying. It is as if all is normal. If you look at the human and vehicular traffic on our streets, you will be shocked.”

Why should the public be concerned when they have been told the virus is NOT spreading in their community!

Until a week ago, 26 May the nation was told that there were 63 confirmed covid-19 cases; 4 have dead, 25 have completely recovered and the remaining 34 were in isolation.

Yes, the cases have since shot up. As of Saturday 30th May 2020 there are now 174 confirmed cases; only 10 out of the 111 new cases are local infections and the rest are returnees who are in quarantine already. And, once again, the nation was reassured all the new cases are isolation.

If there are any covid-19 cases in the local population then why has nothing been said about these cases? So, it is therefore not surprising that the people are not as diligent in social distancing, washing hands regularly, wearing mask, etc.

They have no reason to disbelieve the government reports says there are covid-19 cases in the general populous. None! Of course, Dr Ngwenya and many others know better.

Last Wednesday Mpilo Hospital reported 4 covid-19 cases infection in the Hospital, one nurse and three patients. None of these 4 new cases have been included in Obadia Moyo, Minister of Health and Child Care (the only body at liberty to report on corona virus matters anyone else will be risking 20 year jail term).

There is no doubt that Mpilo Hospital was not the first clinic or hospital to come across a covid-19 case, have the test done to confirm it was covid-19 and yet discover the case is not included in the official covid-19 report. Indeed, after reporting the 4 covid-19 cases last week, Dr Ngwenya has once again zipped his mouth shut on corona virus matters.

“If you look at the human and vehicular traffic on our streets, you will be shocked,” said Dr Ngwenya. His shock is all contrived.

The real shock here is how Zimbabwe’s health professionals are conniving with this Zanu PF regime to keep the people ignorant of the spreading corona virus in the country. The regime has failed to contain the virus because of its blundering incompetence and to hide its failures it is under reporting virus cases. And the people, not knowing there are many infectious people in the midst, are not taking any precautions.

If the people knew the truth about how covid-19 is spreading and they still refused to wash their hands regularly, etc.; fair enough, blame the people for being reckless. But when those in positions of power and authority conspire to keep the people ignorant; of course, it is the conniving bureaucrats who must be held to account.

If the Chinese doctor, Dr Li Wenliang, of Wuhan General Hospital, he had cowed to Chinese Communist Party buffoons who wanted the corona virus outbreak kept a secret, how much worse off will the world be today? Sadly, not in Zimbabwe, the command of the buffoons still holds sway over reason and the command to save humanity!

“Am not at liberty to disclose corona virus cases!” Sure, and so too is Minister Obadia Moyo! And hundreds of thousands of Zimbabweans are now doomed to get the corona virus, many will suffer and many will die!

“Am not at liberty to disclose corona virus cases!” But are at liberty to condemn hundreds of thousands to suffer and die of the virus! We are what we are; a nation of brain-dead clowns!
