Fellow Zimbabweans, my brothers and sisters in Varanda VeZimbabwe,
The time for long speeches is over. Politicians sold out our vote in Parliament for 7-year meal tickets, but this country belongs to us—the people.
If we want to smash CAB3 and reclaim our right to choose our President, here is our direct, uncompromising plan of action:
Lock Down the Economy: Nationwide Stay-Aways
A regime cannot survive without worker compliance and tax revenue. We are uniting vendors, kombi operators, teachers, nurses, and civil servants. When Varanda VeZimbabwe gives the order, everyone stays home. No buses, no markets, no work. An empty nation starves the state of revenue and forces them to yield.
Expose and Retire Every Traitor MP
We are publishing the names and faces of every single Member of Parliament who voted for CAB3. They took bribes and extended their own terms while robbing the citizens. We will organize peaceful constituent petitions to publicly confront them and banish them from public trust forever.
Flood the Constitutional Court
We are taking the legal fight directly to the Constitutional Court under Section 328. The law is clear: changing term limits and stripping direct elections requires a mandatory national referendum. Every court date will be an anchor point for mass peaceful assemblies outside the courtroom.
Mobilize the Diaspora & Force SADC Action
To our family in South Africa, the UK, the US, and Botswana: you are our financial and diplomatic engine. Fund our legal defense, picket Zimbabwean embassies, and pressure SADC heads of state to reject CAB3 as an illegal breach of regional democratic guidelines.

This is rich, coming from a regime that has declared war on its own people countless times in its resolve to retain absolute power at all costs!
Mnangagwa has just declared war on the nation's 49.2%, especially the vendors. of the population living in extreme poverty, according to a WB report. Mnangagwa justified extending his tay in office beyond the maximum 10 years on the grounds he will deliver an upper middle income with US$6k GPD per capita by 2030. The WB report contradicts that prediction and vendors are a daily reminder vision 2030 is a lie.
Since Mnangagwa has failed to revive the national economy he is hell bend on cleaning all the towns and cities streets of vendors - the evidence of vision 2030 is a mirage. He is bound to fail because vendors are going nowhere - they have nowhere else to go!
Worse still, Mnangagwa cannot justify postponing 2028 elections given the vision 2030 used to justification postponing is a mirage!

ReplyDeleteParliament learned that the nation paid US$27m for four cancer machines which should have costed US$2m. Corruption is rampant and overwhelming us all.
Mnangagwa had his term extended by two additional years to 2030 on the promise he will turn Zimbabwe into an upper middle income nation with a US$6k GDP per capita. This is just nonsense!
Corruption is the enemy of economic recovery much less boom!
49.2% of our people are living on US$3 or less per day - a true reflection of the chaos, confusion and rampant corruption of the cancer eating the nation alive!
Every thinking Zimbabwean must now ask themselves whether they really want to reward Mnangagwa & co. with extended terms to loot? We can stop the rot by demanding 2028 elections must go ahead without failure - forget CAB3, it's null and void!

ReplyDeleteIt nonsense for Chris Mutsvangwa to blame vendors for the collapse of the Zimbabwe economy. In 1980 we had a robust commercial, industrial and agricultural base and these have since disappeared a consequence of decades of gross mismanagement, rampant corruptions and tyrannical lawlessness that has earned the country its pariah state label. It was not the presence of vendor stall that caused the collapse.
Zanu PF is desperate to force vendors back to their rural homes because their presence is proof Mnangagwa's vision 2030 in a lie. Life for vendors in the urban centres is tough but that is nothing compared to life in the rural areas. This is why the vendors are not going back - tell Mnangagwa that!

That should have earned Mapuranga popular support but it has no done so because he, just like the late Blessed Geza, is fighting a Zanu PF factional war. He is not fighting for ALL Zimbabweans to have a meaningful say as Mnangagwa, Chiwenga, Geza and many others Zanu PF leaders clearly showed in the 2008 Operation Mavhotera Papi.

Many people will remember him as one of the many war veteran thugs who played a key role in 2008 electoral coup, Operation Mavhotera Papi. Mnangagwa and Chiwenga were the master minds behind the electoral coup. The two were behind the military coup of 2017.
I am sure Owen Ncube played his part in the electoral and military coups and shed his share of innocent blood - that is why Mnangagwa loves him.
Mnangagwa became president, Chiwenga became VP and the war veteran thug is senator! FM! No wonder we are a failed state, good can eve come out of these morons!
