Jestina Mukoko was one of the few lucky ones who were beaten and lived to tell the tale!

"Faced with evil, only worse evil has ever come out of doing nothing about it!" you said and you are right. Our failure to stand up and be counted against the excesses of the all powerful ruling elite has only served to encourage them to do worse evil.

Comrade Didymus Mutasa does not even appreciate the wrong he and Zanu PF have done to the nation. With all the blood on his hands he still expects the nation to elect him and his ZimPF friends in a free, fair and credible vote back into power so he can shed more innocent blood! He must think the Zimbabwe electorate are the most stupid people who have ever lived!
Nomusa Garikaihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04964205157943684601noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4779437748296704455.post-86184643147913314522016-05-09T13:01:36.565-07:002016-05-09T13:01:36.565-07:00It is funny that 90% are out of work and yet how m...It is funny that 90% are out of work and yet how many have you heard complaining about their plight on this site or anywhere much less to those is power? President Mugabe promised the nation 2.2 million new jobs but has delivered none. If the unemployed do not care, why should anyone else care; especial the president and his cronies who are very busy all with looting and then spending the loot. Looting and spending $15 billion is hard work and time consuming!
The deafening silence from the unemployed must be a silent tribute to the ruling elite for all they are doing to make povo’s lives a perfect misery.

President Mugabe attributed povo’s silence to “the resilience of Zimbabweans”. I have failed to figure out where he was being sarcastic or mockingly indifferent to the people's suffering.

Jestina is totally different from the normal laid-back Zimbabwean, she must have left Presi-dent Mugabe and his cronies totally confused. "Where is her resilience?" they must have asked each other!

Still, the nation’s chaotic and hopeless state is more in keeping with a nation whose over-whelming majority is not bothered if they live or die. Those who dream of building a healthy and functional democratic Zimbabwe in which freedom and human rights are enjoyed by all and the country’s great wealth and prosperity are shared fairly by all are dreamers. A healthy and functional democracy demands a vigilant Jestina Mukoko type electorate; there only a few hundred such Zimbabweans at best!
Patrickhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03002527980821483437noreply@blogger.com
